The Cinema One Building is a one-acre site located approximately one mile east of downtown Charlotte Amalie on the island of St. Thomas. It fronts on Alton Adams Sr. Drive (Route 38), a major thoroughfare for the in-town residential community subdivision of Estate Thomas and is within two blocks of St. Thomas' main post office, the island's only hospital and its largest public high school.

The one-acre parcel is on a long-term ground lease, and the lessee constructed the commercial building.

This commercial property consists of a three-plex cinema, the retail branch of a major commercial bank, an electronic and music store and an office. Upon expiration of the ground lease in 2009, the Company obtains ownership of the improvements on the property.
