The Lockhart Gardens Shopping Center - Garden Mall was conceived in response to the demand for retail space from small businesses seeking to open shops ranging in size from 500 to 1000 square feet. The Garden Mall would offer Lockhart Gardens Shopping Center's patrons greater variety and provide opportunities for smaller retail businesses to supply those goods and services currently unavailable in the shopping center and other surrounding neighborhood commercial properties. Tenant types would range from home furnishings, optical wear, florist, ice cream, hair salon, sporting goods, tailor, shoe repair, clothing boutiques, shoes, dryclean pick-up, computer store/service center and a health club/fitness center on the second level.
