Orange Grove Shopping Center is a three-building commercial complex at the intersection of Northside Road, just one mile outside the town of Christiansted, St. Croix. The shopping center serves the immediate residential communities of Orange Grove, Golden Rock and Little Princess. The shopping center is across the street from the VI Department of Justice Complex and the Federal Building and Courthouse.

The original 22,400 square foot retail and office structure was built in 1990 along with a 2,800 square foot drive-thru fast food outlet. The main two-story building is leased to a beauty salon, computer store, cellular phone store, book store and card shop on the ground level. The second floor, accessed directly at the second level rearside is leased to various private offices. Kentucky Fried Chicken leases the 2,800 square foot fast food building.

A 5,400 square foot drive-thru retail branch of a major commercial bank was added to the property in 1995. Lockhart purchased the property in 1996, thus establishing its first commercial property holding on St. Croix.
